MEDIA & RECORDING RELEASE

By checking the box at checkout, I give Embrace Life LLC permission to record live sessions I take part in, including group calls, workshops, and virtual events. These recordings may include my image, voice, name, and comments.

How recordings are used

- Program delivery: Recordings may be shared with other enrolled participants as replays and kept in the program's private member area.
- Quality and development: Recordings may be reviewed internally to improve program content and delivery.
- Promotional use: Any clip that identifies me will not be used in public marketing, social media, or promotional materials without my separate written permission.

Confidentiality

Personal information shared in sessions is treated as confidential within the program. Participants agree not to record, share, or distribute session content or other participants' information.

My choices

- Opting out: If I don't want to be recorded, I will email info@drcaraa.com before my first session. I can still take part fully, for example by keeping my camera off, using initials as my display name, or joining sessions that are not recorded.
- Changing my mind: I may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing info@drcaraa.com. Withdrawal applies to future recordings and future promotional use. It may not be possible to remove me from replays already shared with my cohort.
